Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All deliveries are made using 3rd Party Delivery Agents.

Same Day Delivery Charges (Within 24 Hrs from order placed) - Rs 200/-

Standard Delivery Charges (Within 2-3 business days from order placed) - Rs 100/- for orders below Rs 999/-

Standard Delivery Charges (Within 2-3 business days from order placed) - FREE for orders above Rs 999/-

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen events.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/whatsapp message once your order has shipped containing a recipient pin to be provided to delivery agent only after receiving package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tips, etc.).

4. Damages

Discuselites.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
