REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales made on www.discuselites.com are final.

1. NO RETURNS

Discus Elites products are frozen and temperature-sensitive.

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons:

We do not accept returns.

We do not offer exchanges.

We do not accept product returns once delivered.

This policy applies to all Feeding Program Bundles, Individual Feeds, and Multi Packs.

2. NO REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection by the customer

Misunderstanding of product use

Delivery delays beyond our control

Improper storage after delivery

All purchases are considered final at the time of order confirmation.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If your order arrives:

Physically damaged

Incorrect product shipped

You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

To initiate a review:

Email or WhatsApp us

Provide clear photographs of the package and contents

Include your order number

If the claim is verified as valid, Discus Elites may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product, or

Offer store credit

No monetary refunds will be issued.

4. SHIPPING RISKS

Frozen products require proper handling after delivery.

Once the order is marked as delivered:

Responsibility transfers to the customer.

Improper storage (delay in freezing, exposure to heat, etc.) voids eligibility for replacement.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once dispatched:

Cancellation is not permitted.

Refunds will not be processed.

6. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order on www.discuselites.com, you acknowledge that:

You understand the perishable nature of the products.

You agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

You accept that all sales are final.
