Discus Elites ships frozen aquarium feed products across India using temperature-conscious packaging methods.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. DISPATCH TIMELINE

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days from confirmation.

Dispatch timelines may vary depending on:

Order volume

Weather conditions

Transport availability

Public holidays

Dispatch confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

2. SHIPPING METHOD

Frozen products are shipped using:

Insulated packaging

Ice gel packs (where required)

Appropriate outer protection

For Kolkata deliveries, local courier partners may be used.

For outstation deliveries, suitable logistics channels are selected based on feasibility.

3. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must ensure:

Accurate delivery address

Active contact number

Availability to receive the package

Since products are perishable, immediate freezer storage upon delivery is mandatory.

The Company shall not be responsible for deterioration due to:

Delivery delays after arrival

Customer unavailability

Improper handling or storage

4. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Discus Elites is not liable for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions

Weather conditions

Transport strikes

Railway delays

Force majeure events

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

In special cases (pilot shipments or specific promotions), shipping support may be extended at the Company’s discretion.

6. RECEIPT & DAMAGE CLAIMS

Customers must:

Inspect the package immediately upon receipt

Record a clear unboxing video if damage is suspected

Any shipping-related damage claim must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without visual proof may not be considered.

7. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Customer unavailability

Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

No refund will be issued for perishable goods once dispatched.

8. TEMPERATURE VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Minor thawing during transit does not necessarily indicate product compromise.

Products remain safe for use if transferred immediately to freezer storage upon receipt.

The Company shall not be liable for subjective assessment of thaw condition without documented evidence.
